Recently Jay Naidoo co-founder of the J&J Group launched the Ditikeni checklist which enables individuals or companies to distinguish between those who are certified BBBEE and those who are actually implementing BBBEE as a business critical objective within their structures.

Is this another framework that will be side-lined, side-stepped or pushed aside? Adoption is not an option if there is no accountability, no enforcement. This need to be set in stone - constitutionalized and if necessary, some company need to be made an example of for not adhering.
